With the fast increase of Wanda Cinemas, the data has become increasingly massive, and the settlement of box offices to the upstream distributors is becoming more and more complicated. Once at the end of each month, my subordinate, who oversees this work usually has to spend several days completing it, with Excel to analyze, split, and summarize data across numerous tables. Since the beginning of this year, I found her work has seriously affected the whole working progress of the finance department because all the work was purely processed manually. But the problems were obvious:  firstly, the data accuracy wasn’t guaranteed, and secondly, the efficiency is too low. Thus, I started programming a little system and try to highly decrease manual processing and automatically generate settlement data. The framework of the system used a combined mode: ASP+Access+Excel, which took me about 3 days to develop. After using the system, the processing time was reduced from 5 days to about half a day, and what’s more, the quality of the data increased a lot.随着下属影院越来越多，数据量越来越海量，片款结算工作越来越复杂。每到月末，我手下的结算主管就头大如斗，每月都要花好几天时间跟EXCEL较劲，去分析、拆分、汇总编织片款结算表。今年以来我觉得她这块工作已经严重影响到了全部门整体的工作进度，通过手工处理，一是数据不能保证完全准确，二是效率实在是太低了。于是动了采用程序自动生成结算基础数据的念头。说干就干，程序采用ASP+Access+Excel模式编写，耗时3天左右。上线之后，该项工作从5天左右缩减到半天左右，数据质量更是有了质的飞跃。The screenshots are as follows:该系统截图如下：

演示站点：http://www.leonblog.net/qybbs　　最近一两个月一直未对博客进行更新，不是因为偷懒，而是因为在紧锣密鼓的对本人6年前用ASP编写的“前沿论坛V2.0”进行新一轮的大幅更新，姑且叫做V2.5版吧。之所以鼓起重新编写代码的勇气，有两个原因，一是为下属人员提供一个更为稳定的交流平台，另一方面也是想发挥一下自己辛辛苦苦编写的论坛代码的余热。　　每天上班的时候，经常可以看到各地分公司的财务同事们通过QQ群聊得不宜热乎，有时候仅凭沟通中的一个小小细节，也能够碰撞出一些温馨和幽默的火花。比如这两天几次在群中看到“白皮书”三字，比如请看“白皮书××页”。我还挺纳闷，这是啥书，我怎么不知道呢。反思良久方才恍然大悟，原来就是我们每年都要给下面印发的《财务管理制度》和《会计核算制度》啊。这些书封面都是白色的，难怪被成为白皮书。显然，使用“白皮书”比使用“制度”要更温馨一些。如果工作中经常能够看到类似的文字，紧张的工作也会变得轻松，人与人之间的距离也变得不再遥远吧。于是，我经常在考虑，这帮年轻人们这么活跃，是不是需要一个更为稳定的平台来作更为广泛的沟通？
